IMPORTANT: Only users with "owner" rights can make this setting.

The postal billing address as well as the email address for receiving invoices must be up-to-date in the company profile.

If this data needs to be changed, please proceed as follows:

  • Log in at www.shyftplan.com.

  • Switch to the company profile in the upper right corner.

  • On the left side you will find the billing address and billing email address. You can change these details using the "Edit details" button.

Payments within the EU:

For monthly payments we recommend the convenient direct debit.

To do so, switch to SEPA direct debit mandate further down in the company profile.

Via the + symbol you can store your data, which will be used for the next invoice. This cannot be used retroactively.

NOTE:

All changes apply exclusively to the future. New SEPA direct debit mandates are also only taken into account for new invoices.
