In order to be able to estimate the occupation of the shifts with a quick glance, we use a color or hatching code on the shift tiles in the shift plan.

  • Fully occupied shifts are marked in one color and there is no hatching on them. The display of the number of employees is green.

  • Shifts with open spots are hatched at 45° and the display of the number of target employees is red.

  • Overstaffed shifts are hatched horizontally and the display of the number of target employees is yellow/orange.
