As long as the user's status is "Inactive", the invitation has not yet been accepted and you can resend the email with the invitation link.

First, the employee should check his/her SPAM folder in the email inbox. In some cases the email can be found there.

Secondly, you can resend the invitation email.

To do this, go to the employee profile by selecting the respective person under the menu item "Employees" and clicking on the small pencil icon on the right.

At the end of the employee profile you will find the function "Resend invitation".
