If an employee does not create the absence for him-/herself, you as manager also have the possibility to enter this absence in shyftplan.

First go to the menu item "Absences" and click on the button "Create absence" in the upper right corner. In the window that appears, enter the person for whom the absence should be created, when the absence should start and end, and the reason for the absence.

The number of working days and hours will be calculated automatically after entering the data.

Optionally, you can also decide whether the absence should be paid, full day, you can attach a note and, if necessary, set the status already to "Accepted".

Depending on the absence type and shyftplan package, you can also still upload a certificate of incapacity for work.
