While creating the absence, the option "paid" or "unpaid" can be selected. This setting is important for the hours account and the wage export. By default, the slider is always set to "paid". To reduce overtime, for example, "unpaid" is selected here, while for regular leave the slider should always remain on "paid".
The setting for which absence reason "paid" or "unpaid" is already preset, you can unfortunately not set globally at the moment. As it stands today, your employee(s) must first set the slider to "unpaid" if the reason for absence requires this. If this is not done, you can still make this setting before accepting the absence.
