Employees can be assigned to their positions in two ways:

  1. in the position settings

  2. in the employee profile

When you are in the "Position" menu, find the desired position from the list and click on the small downward pointing arrow on the right. You can now assign your employees by clicking on the green plus symbol "+". Wrongly assigned employees can be removed by clicking on the red minus symbol "-".

You can also view and edit the assigned positions of the individual employees in the menu item "Employees" in their respective employee profile under the section "Rights" in the field "Positions".
