If you want to print your shift schedule, you have the possibility to export any shift schedule week by week either as XLS file or also print it month by month as PDF file.

To do this, first go to the shift schedule and open the desired schedule. RECOMMENDATION: Select the weekly view.

ATTENTION: The export button for the XLS file does not appear in the daily, monthly or free view.

Now you can trigger the export of the XLS file by clicking on the export icon in the upper left corner of the menu bar.

Depending on which view you have previously selected for the shift schedule, the export will vary between the employee view and the workspace view. In the excel sheet the weekdays will appear in the columns and the work areas (see picture above) or employees (below) in the rows depending on the selection.

In addition, you have the option of first displaying the print view, from which you can then export a PDF document. To do this, click on the printer icon at the top left of the ribbon and then select your desired filter options.

Here you can also differentiate between the employee and position view and finally start the export of the PDF file by clicking on the export symbol.
