When you want to place your employees on shifts, you will sometimes encounter the red warning triangle in the personnel line.

This warning triangle represents an existing conflict and shows you that the employee cannot be assigned to the selected shift.

Causes of conflict messages may include:

  • Rest periods,

  • Maximum earnings,

  • Other, parallel shift assignments or

  • Absences that conflict with the selected shift .

If you move your cursor over the triangle, you will then be shown which conflict type applies.

As soon as you try to assign the employee to the corresponding shift, a little window pops up with more information about the conflict. Depending on the settings in the company profile you may be able to override the warning and execute the assignment.
